We do guarantee mechanical parts to be in good working condition when purchased. If, within 30 days of purchase, mechanical part proves defective, seller will replace the part or store credit will be issued.

We do guarantee electrical parts to be in good working condition when purchased. If, within 30 days of purchase, electrical part proves defective, seller will replace the part or store credit will be issued.

All request for exchange or store credit must be accompanied by this receipt.

We make no other promise, guarantee or warranty other than those stated on this receipt.

We are not responsible for damages, or any loss caused from installation, removal or use of this merchandise.

The limits of liability of all items listed on this invoice shall be limited to and in no event shall exceed purchase price shown on this invoice.

Exchange parts must be turned in at time of purchase, or a core charge will be paid. The core charge will not be refunded past 30 days after purchase

Rear ends are guaranteed to work properly, gears are guaranteed to be in good condition, and bearings are guaranteed to not be noisy at time of purchase.

Starters, generators and alternators are guaranteed to work properly at time of purchase. There is no guarantee for improper installation, faulty voltage regulator or poor electrical connections by customer.

Radiators, evaporators, condenser & heater cores are guaranteed not to leak at time of purchase.

Batteries are guaranteed to hold charge. Used batteries carry a 30-day exchange only warranty. Rebuilt batteries carry a 90-day exchange only warranty. *subject to availability

All used and new body parts are sold as is. Fit is guaranteed based upon the information provided by the customer, wherein exchange is provided. No refund.

Deposit is required to hold parts, body or frame cuts, or special orders, subject to 30-day time limit. Deposits are non-refundable.

Parts not defective which are returned by the customer, if accepted, will be accepted for store credit only. If accepted, parts other than those originally sold, which have been altered or damaged are not acceptable.

Body sections which have been cut by specifications of customer are sold as is non-refundable non-exchangeable.

Seller is not responsible for buyer’s error.

No store credit will be honored without original receipt with stamp and signature. No exceptions.

Seller is not responsible for any labor or freight cost associated with a defective item.

ENGINE WARRANTY

1.Used engines are guaranteed not to have cracked block, head or bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) (i.e. carburetor, distributor, coil, throttle body etc.) are not warranted, these are left on the engine for installers convenience only.

2.All conditions listed under terms of sale(above) apply.

3.Used engines guaranteed against rod knock, excessive oil consumption.

4.It is recommended the buyer replace the rear main seal, water pump and inspect gaskets prior to installation.

5.Overheating voids all warranties.

6.All parts on the engines at time of sale must be returned with the core engine for core credit.

TRANSMISSION WARRANTY

1.Used transmissions are guaranteed to be in good working condition at time of sale.

2.Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install new filter (Automatic only), broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties.

3.All condition listed under sales terms above apply.

4.It is recommended buyer replace front seal prior to installation

5.Any programming or additional modules that are required are not included with purchase nor guaranteed. Customer must consult with professional for proper install and programming based upon vehicle specification.
